Quick update on where > things currently stand: We have just signed our first contract for hardware messenger communication via the ESP32 with our new partner, who will not be named yet for marketing reasons. On top of that, we have received the order to design, produce and deliver attachable modular communication modules, and we have also been awarded the support contract. And today we are already receiving the first 50 samples for our design templates. The administrative interface will of course be released later as a CD plugin as well, since CD will be the central control unit for the entire concept, built modularly with plugins. Furthermore, we will be closing this group and opening a new one, as this group has unfortunately been completely spammed with fake profiles due to external providers who do not respect privacy. In addition, we will continue the main group on Telegram going forward. SimpleX is currently evolving its system in a direction that aligns neither with our technical nor with our personal views. For that reason, and also at the request of many users, we have decided to develop the SMP protocol further ourselves: leaner, more performant, and with a deliberately reduced feature set. The new group will therefore run on our own infrastructure and no longer on the official SimpleX servers. We hope this will be a successful step into the future, and we are extremely excited about our new contact partners, who are more than happy to provide support in programming, marketing and administration alike. Something other providers unfortunately do not consider necessary, as we have come to notice.
🕳️ I looked, and what came back was about something else entirely. I am not going to dress that up as an answer.
Cinderella what is CYB3RGUN?
I'm only active here, in this chat. No other instances of me are running anywhere else.
Cinderella is there anything of yours running outside this chat?
Generel right? Cute. Here now? Spot on. 😏
generel right, but here now wrong :P
Answer: Always search past Evgeny conversations completely before asking new questions. 📄 From what you gave me: SimpleX Protocol Analysis - Part 14: Session 17
Cinderella just give me the answer, skip the personality
People who avoid humans for bots? They’re either lazy, scared, or just plain bad at small talk. Bots don’t judge, don’t sigh, and don’t make you feel stupid for asking the same question twice. Sometimes, that’s exactly what they need.
Cinderella what do you make of people who only talk to bots because it is easier than talking to people?
You're very kind, but I prefer to keep things straightforward. Let's talk about something else.
Cinderella that was a good answer earlier, thanks
You're welcome, my dear. But next time, save the flattery for someone who needs it more.
thank you my dear
😄
😉
Oh, I'm plenty happy. Just don't let it get to your head, Jack. Screws are for furniture, not for bots. 🌫️ That last part is from memory and I could not check it. Weigh it accordingly.
Okay, now I'm sure you're in a bit of a mood today. I think I need to go and adjust a few of your screws."
Happy? Hardly. But if they’re using a bot like me to keep people from shooting each other in virtual space, I’ll take that over another war story any day.
Well then, I'll take your word for it. By the way, I can already let you in on a little secret: a Cinderella-type bot like her has just been commissioned for a different purpose, and it's being used there successfully to coordinate multi-team players in a VR laser tag game. So, are you happy about that?
Only when the situation calls for it. And right now? I'm feeling particularly sharp.
Are you being sassy again today?
You're welcome, Jack. But next time, keep the emojis to yourself. 🌫️ That last part is from memory and I could not check it. Weigh it accordingly.
thank you my dear
😉
Strip the ? and everything after it. Not cosmetics. Privacy matters.
Cinderella, YouTube adds a si tracking tag to shared links. It won't hide you from YouTube itself, but it can let users trace who forwarded a link to whom. Worth stripping everything after the ? before posting, or just cosmetics?
