"Opt-in live archive" is the tightest version. Drop "chat" - everything in it came from chat, so the word does no work. And "live" beats "real time" because it needs no hyphen!?

y welcome, not micro-managing. You are the second person today to trip over it. The wrong word is "stream" - it reads as video. It is not video, but it is genuinely live: real-time updates, no refresh. So "live archive" is closer and better than what we have :)
